Food and Beverage Refund:
Due to financial commitments made to the hotel by ABOTA, cancellation are to be sent in writing to leadership.abota@abota.org before Monday, September 25.
If you are a National Board Member and you know in advance to arriving into Little Rock that your Spouse/Companion is no longer able to join us or you are leaving early, we would appreciate the notice as soon as possible. We ask this of you because ABOTA can lower its financial food and beverage commitment 96 hours in advance the first day of our meeting. These savings equate to additional funds for our meeting.
Wi-Fi Connection:
It is cost prohibitive for ABOTA to provide Wi-Fi to individual attendees during the Committee Meetings and the National Board Meeting.

Since ABOTA National and the ABOTA Foundation are two separate entities, all cancellation funds related to the ABOTA National Board Meeting, including golf and activities, cannot be applied toward the ABOTA Foundation. Although we appreciate members wanting to apply their cancellation funds toward the ABOTA Foundation, the collected funds will go towards cancelation penalties that ABOTA National incurs.

Modern Jury Trials: The Effect Of Today’s America

The effects of these ground-shifting cultural changes on juries are far-reaching and little-understood. Join us as we talk with lawyers, judges, journalists, and social scientists to understand modern jury system in today’s society.
